Play Dress Cloud

The Play Dress by Kowtow is an oversized style with a peter pan collar and a drop shoulder which creates a subtle capped sleeve. The bodice features a large patch pocket and concealed placket while the skirt gathers from the waistline and ends in a curved hem.
